
CONNOR JOHANSSON
Connor is a mechanical engineering student currently based in Tempe, AZ.
He is actively studying Mechanical Engineering at Arizona State University's Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering where he will receive his BS in December 2024.
For his first year of upper-level education, he attended Arizona State University. While taking multiple engineering courses, mathematics courses, and an upper-level literary studies course, he designed and prototyped a product to alleviate the mental health issues of living in a confined space titled: "Dorm Room De-Depresser." During the summer of 2020, he interned at Lyfe Motor Sports for a short time doing pit crew work for NASA Races at Utah Motorsports Campus under the supervision of Cole Powelson. In the fall of 2020, Connor transferred to NYU's Tandon School of Engineering to continue his education where he worked to build his skill set and portfolio using Autocad, Solidworks, and Matlab. In the fall of 2022, Connor returned to Arizona State to finish his education. His passion lies in automotive, locomotive, general
engineering design, as well as problem-solving. In his free time, he loves to fish, ski, swim, run, and skateboard.
